R-90-1449 - 5/10/1990Therefore, RESOLUTION NO. 1449 WHEREAS, the TEXAS UTILITIES ELECTRIC COMPANY desires to acquire from the City of Round Rock an easement for the location of electric supply lines for the golf course, and WHEREAS, the City is desirous of obtaining the advantages which will accrue to the City from the construction of said lines, Now BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City an easement to TEXAS UTILITIES ELECTRIC COMPANY for the construction of said lines, said easement being attached hereto and incorporated herein.
