Re: Letter of Engagement for Docket 8169 - M
at the Texas Water Commission by the
Cities of Round Rock and Georgetown
We are pleased to present you with this letter of engagement
to provide assistance, advice, and expert witness services for this
rate case of the Brazos River Authority before the Texas Water
Commission. We will work under the direction of the law firms of
Lloyd, Gosselink, Fowler, Blevins & Matthews and Stephan L. Sheets.
Our work will be coordinated with the expert witness work of
Willis, Graves & Associates and duplication of effort will be
minimized.
We will perform the work on a reimbursable time and expense
basis at our standard rates. Our standard personnel rates are
attached and are made a part of this Agreement. Direct expenses
will be the actual costs. Billings for professional services will
be based upon the actual amount of time required to complete the
work as described above.
The total billing will be split equally between the City of
Round Rock and the City of Georgetown. Bills will be rendered
monthly and payment is due within 20 days of the billing date. If
payment has not been received by the 30th day after the billing
date, then Gebhard Engineers, Inc., may suspend services under the
Agreement until all amounts due are paid in full.
