R-90-1467 - 6/14/1990ATTEST: WHEREAS, the City of Round Rock desires to have electrical service for the cart barn, the maintenance building and the pro shop at the Forest Creek Golf Course, and WHEREAS, T U Electric has submitted an agreement to provide said electrical service, and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to enter into said agreement with T U Electric, Now Therefore BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City an agreement with T U Electric for electrical service for the cart barn, the maintenance building and the pro shop at the Forest Creek Golf Course, a copy of said agreement being attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes. Maintenance and Golf Cart Storage Buildings Dear Mr. Gill: This letter is to summarize our meeting on Thursday. May 31. 1990. The Pro Shoo building, maintenance and golf cart storage buildings will be served by two new transformers at single phase 120/240 V. One pad transformer will be located at the Pro Shop and the other at the golf cart storage building serving both the golf cart storage building and maintenance building. Metering equipment will need to be installed by the customer at the Pro Shop and the golf cart storage building. At your request. the cost for TU Electric to install all civil work to transformer locations and install pads will be $3,643.00. The cost for the relocation of the deadend pole and guy will be $9.092.00. This cost covers moving the pole to the west 120 feet and re- feeding the existing three phase pad mounted transformer underground. The installation of the 12 25 -foot embedded base steel underground standards will cost the customer $8.304.00. This cost includes all expenses with TU Electric providing the civil work. The total cost for the above services will be $21.039.00. This cost will need to be paid before work can begin. Attached is a copy of a print showing the location of the facilities to be installed. If this meets with your approval. please send a check for the total cost so I may begin my work. The pro shoo could fall into our commercial energy action rebate program. If you install a 9.00 SEER or better heat pump, we will pay the customer 5300.00 per unit. Please let me know as soon as possible as to your decision.
