x + WHEREAS, the City of Round Rock has duly advertised for bids for demolition services, and WHEREAS, Sunbelt Corporation has submitted the lowest and best bid, and WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept the bid of Sunbelt Corporation, Now Therefore BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, That the bid of Sunbelt Corporation is hereby accepted as the lowest and best bid, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City a contract with Sunbelt Corporation for demolition services, a copy of said contract being attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes.
