Consider a resolution granting a partial vacation of a waterline easement at the Creek Apartments. STAFF RESOURCE PERSON: Joe Vining STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Approval This resolution authorizes the vacation of part of a waterline easement held by the City. The vacation affects a small segment of the easement over which a portion of the apartment building encroaches. The public works department has agreed to this partial vacation.
