STAFF RESOURCE PERSON: Steve Sheets and Jim Nuse STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Items 12.D through 12.J are related. The golf course property was conveyed to the City prior to the construction of the golf course. Actual field conditions encountered during construction required minor boundary changes to the golf course property description. The changes in the boundaries have no effect on the total acres. Since several of the golf course documents had copies of the field note descriptions attached as exhibits, these documents must now be amended to reflect the new property descriptions. Staff recommends approval.
