R-91-1638 - 8/8/1991WHEREAS, the Williamson County Appraisal District has provided the City with a certification of the 1991 tax roll for the City of Round Rock, and WHEREAS, said certified tax roll has been reviewed by the City staff and found acceptable, Now Therefore BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, That the Council hereby accepts and approves the 1991 tax roll as certified to by Donna F. Consider a resolution accepting the 1991 Certified Tax Appraisal Roll. STAFF RESOURCE PERSON: David Kautz STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Accept the roll as presented. Attached is the certification of the 1991 Appraisal Roll as provided to the City by the Chief Appraiser of the Williamson County Appraisal District (WCAD), Donna Moff. The Appraisal Roll represents all tax- able property in the City for 1991 and will serve as the official roll used in calculating the City's property tax rate for the 1991 - 92 operating budget. Total taxable value is certified at $856,511,173, a decline of $60,600,000 from last year's certified amount.
