Trust that we may be of service, COMMERCIAL OFFICE CLEANING THE JANI -KING DIFFERENCE Jani -King has been providing quality housekeeping to buildings since 1969. Located in over 30 cities across the nation, Jani -King is the fastest growing company in the cleaning business. Jani -King recognized years ago there was a serious problem with conventional janitorial services. These problems stemmed from a lack of supervision, communication and concern about a job well done. We realized that the work would be performed only as well as the individual worker was supervised and motivated. Finding qualified individuals who possess the abilities and skills to supervise and motivate cleaning personnel on a consistent basis can solve these problems. We wanted to provide you with someone that would care as much about your building as you do. But we could not provide ownership in your company or building, which would surely promote the concern we were looking for. So instead, we offered ownership in our business; their own Jani -King Franchise. You can be assured of receiving high quality service on a consistent basis, because of the Jani -King Franchise concept. Jani -King Franchisees work closely with the client and labor to provide you with service that is unequaled in our industry. The Jani -King Franchise program has enabled us to provide buildings all over Austin and across the country with a business person who has a considerable investment in their business, has the intelligence, attitude, desire and determination to provide your building with the services it must have every day. Every authorized Jani -King Franchise Owner has completed an extensive training program, and now, as a member of our team, has the personnel, equipment, insurance, bonding, seminars, training programs and backing necessary to become an integral part of your maintenance program. Our concern and dedication to your building cannot be equaled. I have enjoyed sharing our program with you.
