Consider a resolution authorizing the expenditure of contraband funds. STAFF RESOURCE PERSON: Wes Wolff STAFF RECOMMENDATION: The Police Department expects to receive $15,000 in additional forfeited contraband funds. To facilitate an on -going investigation, the department is seeking approval to spend these funds as indicated on the attached page. If council approval is granted the budget will be amended accordingly.
