R-92-1738 - 8/24/1992WHEREAS, the 1992 -93 City of Round Rock budget as currently
proposed would require an increase in property taxes, and
WHEREAS, the Council wishes to hold a public hearing on the
proposal to increase taxes, and
WHEREAS, the Council wishes to place the proposal to adopt a tax
increase on a meeting agenda, Now Therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK,
TEXAS,
That the Council will hold a public hearing on the proposal to
increase taxes at 7:00 o'clock p.m. on the 3rd day of September, 1992
in the Council Chambers at 221 East Main Street, Round Rock, Texas,
and that the City Secretary is directed to publish notice of such
public hearing as required by S26.06 Tax Codes V.A.T.S, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,
That the proposal to adopt a tax increase shall be placed on the
Council meeting agenda for September 10, 1992.
