Environmental Services Superintendent RE: Wastewater /Water Laboratory Services On October 15, 1992 at 2:00 p.m., bide for wastewater /water laboratory services were opened. These services will provide analyses which cannot be done in house. Four bide were received, all capable of fulfilling the contract and all very competitive. After review and research of these submittals, it is recommended that LNS Environmental Services, Inc. be awarded the contract for the following reasons. cc: Steve Miller Cary Matt file 1. They are currently providing excellent service to the City of Round Rock. Their facility has the equipment and manpower to provide accurate and precise reaults. 3. With a base bid of 14,060.00, they are the low bidder.
