RE: Waterproofing City Hall
221 E. Main Street
Round Rock, Texas
David,
Howard Baker and I have been investigating the possible
repairs that need to be made to solve water leak problems at
City Hall. Previous proposals have been made which gave
estimates of up to $35,000. for repairs. These estimates came
from contractors interested in performing the work. I have
examined these and am not quite confident that they have all
the answers and procedures to solve the waterproofing problem.
I suggest we get some expert help in dealing with this
problem. Howard and I have met with Robert W. Sherril of
Spectrum Associates, Inc. and suggest that we accept their
proposal for Waterproofing Consulting Services as outlined in
the attached proposal and agreement. I have attached
references that I contacted.
