WHEREAS, Southwestern Bell Telephone Company ( "SWB ") has
requested an easement for underground telecommunication lines
across a certain 65.0796 acre tract of land conveyed to the City of
Round Rock, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to grant SWB's request, Now
Therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK,
TEXAS,
That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute on
behalf of the City an easement for underground telecommunication
lines across a certain 65.0796 acre tract of land conveyed to the
City, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A ".
