R-94-08-25-10C - 8/25/1994WHEREAS, the agreement providing for the City's consent to
the creation of the Vista Oaks Municipal Utility District
( "District ") provides that a Land Use Plan is to be approved by the
City Council, and
WHEREAS, Vista Development Association, L.P., the owner of
the undeveloped property has submitted a proposed Land Use Plan to
the City for its review and approval, and
WHEREAS, the City's Planning and Zoning Commission has
reviewed the Land Use Plan and has recommended its approval, Now
Therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK,
TEXAS,
That the Land Use Plan submitted by Vista Development
Association, L.P. for the development of the District is hereby
approved.

Staff Recommendation: Approval
The consent agreement for the creation of the Vista Oaks Municipal Utility
District contained a requirement for a Land Use Plan that must be approved
by the City Council. This plan will serve as an equivalent of zoning for the
M.U.D.
The Land Use Plan conforms to all the policies and requirements of the
Round Rock General Plan.
The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of this plan
on July 21, 1994.
