R-94-09-08-10H - 9/8/1994WHEREAS, the subdivider of the subdivision known as Forest Creek
Subdivision, Phase 1, Section 3 has applied to the City for acceptance
of the public subdivision improvements ( "Improvements ") for maintenance
by the City, and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has filed with the City Engineer an one
(1) year warranty bond against defects in materials and workmanship in
said Improvements, and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has filed with the City Engineer one (1)
set of reproducible "AS BUILT" plans for the Improvements, which further
contains or has attached thereto a certificate of a registered
professional engineer as required by §8.601(3)(b) of the City Code, and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has filed with the City Engineer an
affidavit that to the best of his information and belief, the
contractor(s) has complied with the regulations contained in Chapter 8
of the City Code, Now Therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS,
The Improvements contained within the subdivision known as Forest
Creek Subdivision, Phase 1, Section 3 are hereby accepted by the City
for maintenance, subject to the subdivider's warranty as provided in
Chapter 8 of the City Code.

be substantially complete. Based on site observations conducted during the
protect, the work Is constructed in general compliance with the contract documents
and the City of Round Rock requirements,
The cost for site revegetatlon is S 4,213.00, based on 4,213 SY of disturbed area
at 3 1.00 per SY.
The cost for the construction of sidewalks across the lots that are not single family
lots Is $ 3,800, based on 486 LF of sidewalk at 3 7.80 per LF.
Construction Inspection fees for this protect total $ 7,146.00, based on 1.5 % of
the construction cost.
