R - 9 4141- CU ILK WHEREAS, the subdivider of the subdivision known as Reserve at Oak Bluff subdivision has applied to the City for acceptance of the public subdivision improvements ( "Improvements ") for maintenance by the City, and ATTEST: KS /RESOLUTION RS41122K WHEREAS, the subdivider has filed with the City Engineer an one (1) year warranty bond against defects in materials and workmanship in said Improvements, and WHEREAS, the subdivider has filed with the City Engineer one (1) set of reproducible "AS BUILT" plans for the Improvements, which further contains or has attached thereto a certificate of a registered professional engineer as required by §8.601(3)(b) of the City Code, and WHEREAS, the subdivider has filed with the City Engineer an affidavit that to the best of his information and belief, the contractor(s) has complied with the regulations contained in Chapter 8 of the City Code, Now Therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, The Improvements contained within the subdivision known as the Reserve at Oak Bluff subdivision are hereby accepted by the City for maintenance, subject to the subdivider's warranty as provided in Chapter 8 of the City Code. As a result, I would like to request to be placed on the October 13, 1994 City Council agenda for acceptance of these improvements by the City of Round Rock. The necessary bonds will be sent to your office on October 06, 1994. In addition, please find attached a letter from Terry Hagood of Fisher Hagood, Inc. regarding the final completion. The following represents final punch list items as discussed with Terry Cox of the City of Round Rock Public Works Department: Sincerely, TRH /jc 1) Grout manhole rings located on offsite wastewater manholes; 2) Install galvanized steel handrails on south side headwall of culvert crossing on Vintage Drive; 3) Clean up debris, etc. from lot no. 82, Oak Bluff Estates; and 4) Revegetate disturbed areas. It is necessary for you to notify the City, by letter, of the completion of the improvements and request City Council acceptance. Upon completion of your letter, please let me know in order to make the complete submission of documents by Friday, October 07, 1994.
