R-94-12-22-10D - 12/22/1994Place Section 2 and Section 3 has applied to the City for acceptance of
the public subdivision improvements ( "Improvements ") for maintenance by
the City, and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has filed with the City Engineer an one
(1) year warranty bond against defects in materials and workmanship in
said Improvements, and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has filed with the City Engineer one (1)
set of reproducible AS BUILT" plans for the Improvements, which further
contains or has attached thereto a certificate of a registered
professional engineer as required by §8.601(3)(b) of the City Code, and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has filed with the City Engineer an
affidavit that to the best of his information and belief, the
contractor(s) has complied with the regulations contained in Chapter 8
of the City Code, Now Therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS,
The Improvements contained within the subdivision known as the
Greenlawn Place, Section 2 and Section 3 subdivision are hereby accepted
by the City for maintenance, subject to the subdivider's warranty as
provided in Chapter 8 of the City Code.

Oxford Homes, owner of the above referenced subdivisions now
wishes to have the plats recorded and improvements accepted at
the next City Council meeting.
The subdivisions have been completed in accordance with the
approved plans and specifications with exception of hydromulching
all areas disturbed by construction and seal coating Southeastern
Trail and Hampton Lane.
Attached is a copy of the latest contractor's' pay request and
change order number 1 which denotes the final construction cost
as $565,098.21. The value of the hydromulch and seal coat which
remain to be completed are summarized below:
Seal Coat 6700 S.Y. @ $1.50 /S.Y $10,050.00
Hydromulch 2744 S.Y. @ $1.52 /S.Y $ 4,170.88
