WHEREAS, the subdivider of the subdivision known as Settlement,
Section 4 subdivision has applied to the City for acceptance of the
public subdivision improvements ( "Improvements ") for maintenance by the
City, and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has filed with the City Engineer an one
(1) year warranty bond against defects in materials and workmanship in
said Improvements, and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has filed with the City Engineer one (1)
set of reproducible AS BUILT" plans for the Improvements, which further
contains or has attached thereto a certificate of a registered
professional engineer as required by §8.6O1(3)(b) of the City Code, and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has filed with the City Engineer an
affidavit that to the best of his information and belief, the
contractor(s) has complied with the regulations contained in Chapter 8
of the City Code, Now Therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS,
The Improvements contained within the subdivision known as the
Settlement, Section 4 subdivision are hereby accepted by the City for
maintenance, subject to the subdivider's warranty as provided in Chapter
8 of the City Code.

RE: Final Acceptance for The Settlement Section 4 Subdivision
Dear Mr. Willie:
Milburn Investments Inc. formally requests the above stated subdivision be placed on the
February 23, 1995, Round Rock City Council agenda for acceptance of the subdivision's
infrastructure. All streets, drainage, water and wastewater infrastructure for the Settlement
Section 4 subdivision have been designed and installed in accordance with Round Rock's
Development Rules and Regulations. To substantiate this belief we have attached a letter from
Mr. Timothy E. Haynie, of T.E. Haynie and Associates, the project's engineer, regarding this
developments completed status.
Your assistance in overseeing that this matter is greatly appreciated. Should you have any
