Consider a resolution abandoning a water well easement for Franklin Anderson Lot 6, Block 39 Round Rock Original Plat. STAFF RESOURCE PERSON: Jim Nuse STAFF RECOMMENDATION: The owner of the above described property has requested that the City abandon the water well easement. The easement has a provision that it shall never be subject to abandonment however, it is the opinion of the Public Works department that a water well will never be drilled on that site. Staff recommends abandonment of the easement.
