Safe and Drug Free Middle Schools Program The Safe and Drug Free Middle Schools program will provide a liaison officer to the two middle schools located in the City of Round Rock to promote a drug and weapon free environment. The liaison officer will teach Life Skills classes which will promote respect for the rights of others and foster individual responsibilities. The Safe and Drug Free Middle Schools program will work in partnership with the Round Rock Independent School District to provide services that promote school attendance, discipline, and learning.
