Captain Smith asked me to offer a time line for the first phase of the Opticom System installation. I have checked with the order entry officer from 3M and he could ship the equipment necessary for the this job in 3 weeks or less -after receipt of order. We would allow 6 weeks for installation to allow for weather. We will work to complete the job as soon as possible. We ask for at least 60% of the total purchase order price upon delivery of equipment to the City of Round Rock. The balance of the payment is due upon completion and acceptance of the Opticom System. Thank you for your consideration. If you have any questions, please contact me ( 800 448-8841.
