Re: A Chocolate Affair
The Downtown Business Association is again sponsoring "A Chocolate
Affair" on Nov 22 & 23. We again ask "permission to close Lampassas
between E. Main north to the alley. The street closure is needed
on Saturday, Nov 23rd from 8:OOam to 6:00 pm. This is the section
of street between Bayberry Market and Main Street Mercantile. It
is to be used as a food court and for entertainment. I have spoken
with our fire department and our police department and they have
both given us the go ahead.
Thank you,

The Downtown Business Association would like to hold their "A Chocolate Affair"

contacted and have no problem with the street closing. Terry Myers will be at the
meeting to make this request. Please see the attached map for the exact location of
the street closing. Staff recommends approval.
