Dear Mr. DuPont:
In exchange for 800 jobs to be created by MaxServe the City of Round Rock will

1) The City will construct a 10 inch sewer line along the western edge of the
property. This construction is estimated at $66,113.

can be used for off-site improvements that directly affect your tract
3) The City will waive the fees for rough cut permit, building permit,
wastewater discharge permit, and the water and wastewater inspection fee
for the MaxServe lot. These fees total $7,210.
4) The City will waive one -half of the domestic and irrigation Water and
Wastewater Impact Fees. The current estimated fee is $23,355; one half of
this fee is $11,677.50.
The total of these incentives are $85,000. If for some reason MaxServe decided not
to locate in Round Rock any of the above waivers or capital facility expenditures
that have been made by the City shall be refunded to the City.
If this is acceptable to you I will ask the City Attorney to put this agreement in the
proper format. If you have any question please contact me.
