Grant, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to make application for the
available grant funds to construct approximately 1 - 2 miles of an
8 ft. wide concrete trail in Old Settler's Park at Palm Valley that
will provide greater access to the park, Now Therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK,
TEXAS,
That the City of Round Rock hereby certifies that the matching
share for this application in the amount of $30,000.00 is readily
available at this time.
II.
That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to make the
necessary application for the above - described grant.
