RESOLUTION NO. R- 97- 11- 25 -10J
CHARLES C PER, Mayor
City of Round Rock, Texas
DATE: November 20, 1997
SUBJECT: City Council Meeting - November 25,1997
ITEM: 10.J. Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to issue a
purchase order for the purchase and installation of a security
system for the Police Department.
STAFF RESOURCE PERSON: Buster Kuhlmann
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
This is a request for a purchase order in the amount of $31,650 to upgrade and expand
the security system at the Police Department. The current system is not capable of
securing the new renovations without this upgrade and expansion. The vendor will be
a Qualified Information System Vendor (Q.I.S.V.) through the General Services
Commission (GSC).
Staff recommends approval.
