R-98-11-12-10F2 - 11/12/1998WHEREAS, the Downtown Business Association of Round Rock has requested that Lampasas Street, from Main Street to the alley immediately north of Main Street, be closed from 9:00 o'clock a.m. until 5:00 o'clock p.m. on November 21, 1998 for the annual Downtown Business Association Chocolate Affair, and WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to grant such request, Now Therefore, ROCK, TEXAS, That Lampasas Street, from Main Street to the alley immediately north of Main Street, be closed as set forth above. The City Council hereby finds and declares that written notice of the date, hour, place and subject of the meeting at which this Resolution was adopted was posted and that such meeting was open to the public as required by law at all times during which this Resolution and the subject matter hereof were discussed, considered and formally acted upon, all as required by the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, as amended, and the Act.
