The Change Order has been executed by C.C. Carlton Construction Company. Major changes included in the Change Order are described below. The Change Order involves a $1,405 increase in contract amount. The changes associated with the valve vault improve the project, and we recommend approval of the change order. Following execution by the City, please transmit two copies to the Contractor, and one copy to our office. Call if you have questions. Employee -owned Improvements in and around the valve vault near the golf course pond that are designed to minimize the potential for water entering and being retained in the vault. Improvements include the addition of a sump pump system in the vault, extension of a storm drain pipe adjacent to the vault, and construction of a head wall on the extended storm drain line.
