General Building and Site Analysis, approximately 10 sites: General evaluation of existing sites and buildings with regards to current size and physical condition of major systems; site access and parking; available utilities; suitability for potential expansion; adjacent zoning/use impact; other issues as applicable. Particular attention will be paid to former yard site on McNeil Road and potential adjacent property acquisition. 2. Needs Assessmentfor various City Departments including Administration, Legal Planning, Data Processing, Finance, Human Resources, Municipal Courts, Public Works, Police, Fire: Assess current space needs and make projections for future growth in 5, 10 and 20 year increments. The needs assessment would also function as the program for space planning for the immediate or near future term. 3. Recommendation and Report: Assemble data from 1 and 2 above into booklet format.
