R- 99- 09- 09 -10D3 WHEREAS, as part of the celebration of the 35th Annual Frontier Days event, a reprentative of Frontier Days has requested permission to use the public right -of -way on N. Lewis Street south of Main Street to the railroad tracks, on October 2, 1999 to display a team of Clydesdale horses that will participate in the Frontier Days parade, and WHEREAS,the Council wishes to grant permission for such request, Now Therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, That permission is granted for the public right -of -way on North Lewis Street south of Main Street to the railroad tracks to be used to display a team of Clydesdale horses that will participate in the Frontier Days parade. The City Council hereby finds and declares that written notice of the date, hour, place and subject of the meeting at which this Resolution was adopted was posted and that such meeting was open to the public as required by law at all times during which this Resolution and the subject matter hereof were discussed, considered and formally acted upon, all as required by the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, as amended, and the Act.
