Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Change Order No. 3 for the Library Building & Remodel Project with C.P. Snider Construction Co. The change order is a deduction of $23,700.00 in the contract with C.P. Snider Construction Co. The original contract called for a carpet maintenance agreement with the carpet installer.
