The design of the treated water meter vault required the addition of one new sheet, additional work on electrical sheets and additional details. The engineering cost associated with this work is $5,000.00. The design of the generator is estimated to require the addition of five new sheets. The cost of the generator system is estimated to be $375,000.00. The engineering cost associated with this work is $25,000.00. I have attached Amendment No. 1 which amends the appropriate paragraphs of the Engineering Services Agreement and is in a form for execution. If you have questions or need additional information, please call. Sincerely, CAMP DRESSER & McKEE INC. Greg T. Swoboda, P.E.
