Main Street Round Rock, TX 78664 FOR YOUTH DEVELOPMENT° FOR HEALTHY LIVING FOR SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY The YMCA of Greater Williamson County, in partnership with the City of Round Rock, Round Rock ISD, and the Avery family have agreed to co -fund a feasibility study to investigate the potential for a future Aquatics Center/YMCA to be located in Northeast Round Rock. At this time, the joint task force which represents all of the partners, is close to selecting Counsilman-Hunsaker to conduct the study. The anticipated cost of the study is $73,000 plus reimbursable expenses. It is the understanding of the YMCA of Greater Williamson County that the City of Round Rock will underwrite 25% of this cost, not to exceed $25,000. All other partners (YMCA of Greater Williamson County, Round Rock ISD, and the Avery family) have agreed to underwrite the remaining 75%, divided into 25% equal amounts of the total cost of the study. Once the contract from Counsilman-Hunsaker is executed, the YMCA of Greater Williamson County will contact each partner regarding the payment draw schedule, the anticipated percent total, and ongoing shared reimbursable costs.
