5 44-34, CODE OF ORDINANCES (2010 EDITION), CITY OF ROUND
6 ROCK, TEXAS, REGARDING RATES FOR WATER AND SEWER
7 SERVICE TO WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS; AND PROVIDING FOR A
8 SAVINGS CLAUSE AND REPEALING CONFLICTING ORDINANCES

11 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK,
12 TEXAS:
13 I.
14 That Chapter 44, Section 44-32(c), Code of Ordinances (2010 Edition), City of
15 Round Rock, Texas, is hereby amended to read as follows:
16 Sec. 44-32. Water rates.
17 (c) Rates for water service to wholesale customers.
18 (1) The rate for water service to a wholesale customer shall consist of a monthly base charge and a
19 volumetric charge per 1,000 gallons of water used.
20 (2) The monthly base charge and the volumetric charge for water to wholesale customers are as
21 follows:

13 wholesale customers, per 1,000 gallons of water used in accordance with each entity's respective
14 contractual obligation, is as follows:

31 B. The invalidity of any section or provision of this ordinance shall not
32 invalidate other sections or provisions thereof.
33 C. The City Council hereby finds and declares that written notice of the date,
34 hour, place and subject of the meeting at which this Ordinance was adopted was posted
