TERM RENEWAL AGREEMENT NO. 1
TO "CITY OF ROUND ROCK AGREEMENT
FOR PURCHASE OF PRINT SERVICES FOR
LETTERHEAD,ENVELOPES,AND BUSINESS CARDS FROM
360 PRESS SOLUTIONS,LLC"
This Term Renewal Agreement No. 1 to "City of Round Rock Agreement for Purchase of
Print Services for Letterhead, Envelopes, and Business Cards from 360 Press Solutions, LLC" is
made by and between the City of Round Rock, Texas, hereinafter called the "City," and 360
Press Solutions, LLC, hereinafter called the"Vendor."
WHEREAS, the City and the Vendor executed the referenced "City of Round Rock
Agreement for Purchase of Print Services for Letterhead, Envelopes, and Business Cards from
360 Press Solutions, LLC," hereinafter called the "Agreement," on June 28, 2012, as authorized
by Resolution No. R-12-06-28-F5; and
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to extend the Agreement for the first of two (2)
allowable twelve (12)-month renewal periods; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to renew the Agreement for an additional twelve (12)
months for print services for letterhead, envelopes, and business cards.
NOW THEREFORE, premises considered, the City and the Vendor agree that said
Agreement is amended as follows:
I.
Pursuant to Section 2.01 of the Agreement, the term of the Agreement is renewed for an
additional twelve (12)-month period commencing upon expiration of the original term of the
Agreement.
H.
This Renewal Agreement embodies the first of two allowable twelve (12)-month renewal
periods. This Renewal Agreement extends the original Agreement as to time only with no other
changes in the terms of conditions of the original Agreement.
