The Texas Department of Public Safety, Texas homeland Security State Administrative Agency's
Annual Inventory Control Requirement form is completed.
All required Homeland Security Grant Funded Assets are on our local inventory in accordance
with the THSSAA information Bulletin No. 12-004.
A Physical Inventory is maintained of all Homeland Security grant funded assets and captures
the following categories of information for all the equipment in accordance with THSSAA
information bulletin 12-004.
Categories of information:
A description of the asset, serial number or other identification number, the source of
the asset, who holds the title, the acquisition date, cost of the asset, percentage of the
federal participation in the cost of the asset, the location, use, condition of the asset,
any ultimate disposition data including the date of disposal and sale price, and control
or inventory number.
A full physical inventory and reconciliation of assets has been completed within the last 24
month in accordance with regulations.
The last physical inventory was completed in August 2014.

Agency.
The Texas Department of Public Safety, Texas Homeland Security State Administrative
Agency's Annual Inventory Control Requirement form provides for certification that the
jurisdiction has completed a full physical inventroy and reconciliation of Homeland
Security assets has been completed within the past two years.
Attached is a letter from the Emergency Management Coordinator to the City Manager
