SUBJECT: 2002-2003 Tank Rehab. Prbject (Proposals A and C) - Change Order No. 2
Please find attached the "Request for Finbce Approval" form and Change Order No. 2 for your
approval.
This Change Order is for additional workgrequired to maintain a sound, and safe McNeil Tank
and Pump Station. The work included blast cleaning and painting of existing pumps and pump
house, extending exterior roof access ladder, installing a new interior ladder, removing the
abandoned weir box and additional caulking tubes needed to complete the tank restoration. All
additional work was recommend and inspected by John Konzen.
Therefore, this change order is for an increase to the contract in the amount of $6,824.00.
