As per the new City Manager approval procedure, there is also attached a finance approved City Council/City Manager Action Form and a Bluesheet. Please sign the Action Form and notify this office when this will be forwarded to the City Manager. As per the procedure, this item is due to the City Manager's office by Thursday, July 22 at noon for final approval on Friday's staff meeting. To insure they are properly located, the ROW line must be established, and staked by the surveyors.
