Please find attached a Letter of Agreement with Baker-Aicklen in the amount of $3,700.00. As
per the new City Manager approval procedure, there is also attached a finance approved City
Council/City Manager Action Form and a Bluesheet.
Please sign the Action Form and notify this office when this will be forwarded to the City
Manager. As per the procedure, this item is due to the City Manager's office by Thursday, July
22 at noon for final approval on Friday's staff meeting.

ITEM: The attached Letter of Agreement with Baker-Aicklen &
Associates for the project Red Bud Lane (CR 122) from Forest Creek Drive to
HWY 79 in the amount of $3,700.00 is to recover or set property corners
along the current east right-of-way of Red Bud Lane (CR 122) from CR 123
to south of Woodland Loop.

Justification: To provide a discernible right-of-way line along the East
Side of Red Bud Lane, for the facilitation of utility
relocations.

Background Information: Prior to the roadway construction of Red Bud
Lane, utility relocations must take place. To
insure they are properly located, the ROW line
must be established, and staked by the
surveyors.

Dear Mr. Martin:
Thank you for allowing Baker-Aicklen & Assoc., Inc. to be of service to the City of
Round Rock on this project. The following scope is proposed:
Basic Services:
Recover or set property corners along the current east right-of-way of C.R. 122 (Redbud
Lane) from C.R. 123 south to Woodland Loop.
This work will be invoiced on an hourly basis for an amount not to exceed $3,700.00.
