SUBJECT: Request for City Manager Action
ITEM: The attached Letter of Agreement with Gray Jansing &
Associates for the project Doublecreek Drive Phase 2 in the amount of
$1,500 is for the staking of a fence line along the property of Doublecreek
Farms adjacent to the west ROW of Doublecreek Drive.
Department: Transportation Services
Staff Person: Bill Stablein, Transportation Engineering Associate
Justification: Prior to fence construction, the property line must be
established along the west side of Double Creek Drive.
Funding:
Cost: $1,500.00
Source of funds:
Outside Resources: Gray Jansing & Associates Inc.
Background Information: For safety, a fence is needed along the west
side of Double Creek Camp to provide a barrier
for the occupants of the Double Creek Camp.

Dear Mr. Stablein:
Gray ♦ Jansing & Associates, Inc. (GJA) is pleased to present this proposal for the staking of a
fence line along the property line of Doublecreek Farms, adjacent to the west ROW for
Doublecreek Drive. The scope of work will include researching the County Deed Records to
obtain record information for those tracts of land granted to Doublecreek Farms, Inc. A
registered public land surveyor will analyze found monumentation with respect to record
information and reset any missing property pins. The property line from the newly constructed
concrete driveway at Doublecreek Farms north to the northeast property corner will be marked
with laths and flags. Off -set nails will also be installed along or near the back of curb at 25' or
50' stations for fence construction.
GJA proposes to provide the scope of work as stated above for a lump sum fee of $1,500.
