Signing the memo will allow the City of Round Rock to access the raw TWC Employment Data Files for Williamson County. More importantly, the City will be permitted to obtain specific employment data for Round Rock employers as decomposed by the Capital Area Metropolitan Planning Organization, thus saving us time and money. Access to this very specific ata-wi11 be useful for preparing the next major update to the Transportation Master Plan in 2007. SUBJECT: TWC Data for Bastrop, Caldwell, Hays, Travis and Williamson Counties ORIGINATED BY: File TPP(T) (512) 486-5126 _The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) has agreed to provide the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) with the third quarter 2000 TWC Employment Data File for Bastrop, Caldwell, Hays, Travis and Williamson Counties. This data will be used for the Austin Travel Demand Forecasting Model. We ask you to provide this agreement to Michael Aulick for his signature, and return it to Deborah W. Graham, P.E., so that the data is promptly released to the Capitol Area Metropolitan Planning Organization. This agreement will be maintained on file with TxDOT's Division of Transportation Planning and Programming (TPP). TxDOT recognizes TWC as a valuable resource and insists on compliance with their requests, as stated in the following paragraph: ALL PARTIES INVOLVED MUST RESPECT THE IMPORTANCE OF CONFIDENTIALITY. THE EMPLOYER NAME, ADDRESS, AND EMPLOYMENT MUST NEVER BE UTILIZED INDIVIDUALLY. THE DATA MUST BE AGGREGATED (PREFERABLY BY SERIAL ZONE / TRAFFIC ANALYSIS ZONE) BEFORE BEING INPUT INTO THE MODEL OR RELEASED FOR PUBLIC SCRUTINY.
