Dear Mayor Maxwell: At your request, I am pleased to provide this proposal for appraisal services on the above - captioned property. Terms of the assignment are summarized below. Real Estate to be Appraised: Purpose of the Appraisal: Use of the Report: Whole Property: A 0.519 acre tract of vacant land located along the east line of South Mays Street and west line of Cushing Street, north of Gattis School Road. Part To Be Acquired: A narrow, rectangular shaped public utility easement approximately 0,082 acre in size, located along the northern boundary of the whole property. Remainder: A 0.519 acre tract of vacant land, subject to above mentioned easement. To estimate just compensation for the proposed acquisition. Fax 512/477-1793 08/15/2004 23:07 FAX Mayor Maxwell August 16, 2004 Page 2 Appraisal & Reporting Standards: Fee: a003/008 The appraisal will be developed and the report will be prepared in conformity with and subject to the requirements of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) of the Appraisal Foundation and the Code of Professional Ethics and Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice of the Appraisal Institute. We will undertake a complete appraisal, the results of which will be set forth in a summary appraisal report as defined by Standard Rule 2-2(b) of USPAP. $3,750, payable upon delivery of the report.
