Dear Mayor Maxwell: At your request, I am pleased to provide this proposal for appraisal services on the above - captioned property. Terms of the assignment are summarized below, Real Estate to be Appraised: 1) Whole Property (HOLDER; Parcel 5): Approximately 0.91 acre of land improved with a single family residence located at the southeast comer of CR 122/Red Bud Trail and the Union Pacific Railroad line (south line of U.S. Highway 79). Part To Be Acquired: A rectangular shaped area containing 0.18 acre, comprising the far western portion of the whole property. The single family residence is not within the acquisition. Remainder: Approximately 0.73 acre of land improved with a single family residence. The residence will be ±25' from the proposed right of way. 2) Whole Property (V.A. To assist the client in negotiations involving the acquisition of right-of-way for the widening of CR 122/Red Bud Trail. The appraisals will be developed and the reports will be prepared in conformity with and subject to the requirements of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) of the Appraisal Foundation and the Code of Professional Ethics and Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice of the Appraisal Institute. We will undertake complete appraisals, the results of which will be set forth in summary appraisal reports as defined by Standard Rule 2-2(b) of USPAP. Parcel 5 - Holder: Parcel 6 - V.A.
