Specifically, the request is to extend the downstream end of Box Culverts No. 2 and No. 3 approximately 8 feet each, to better accommodate the City's residential fence up -grade project along the north side of McNeil Road. This letter is to signify that Williamson County will add the extra work items requested to the existing contract items for the McNeil Road Improvements, Phase I (Williamson County Project No. 03WC527) provided the City of Round Rock agrees to reimburse Williamson County in the amount of $5,603.02, the Contractor's quote for said additional work. Approval for this agreement shall be indicated by signature of undersigned representative from the City of Round Rock. We appreciate the opportunity to work with you on this matter. Thank you.
