Crossland Acquisition, Inc. is willing to provide Relocation Assistance services for the City of
Round Rock on the Thomason parcel located on U.S. 79. These services will be performed in
accordance with the Uniform Act and in accordance with TxDOT policy.
We will perform these services on an hourly basis. The undersigned and Donna Culverhouse will
be assigned to this project. The hourly rates are Jim Henry at $100.00 per hour and Donna
Culverhouse at $75.00 per hours. Crossland's fee for these services will not exceed $1,500.00.
This cost does not include the eligible relocation assistance benefits that may accrue for the
benefit of the landowner. While we do not know the actual cost of the benefits at this time, based
on our experience we anticipate the benefits due to the landowner to be approximately $15,000.00
to $20,000.00.
If you would like for us to proceed, please evidence your consent to the above terms by execution
of a duplicate copy of this letter agreement and returning to us. Should you have any questions or
