Lien filed on this property under Homeownership
Assistance Program (HOAP) has expired and can
now be released. Home owner has met program
requirements by retaining ownership for five years.

Cost: $16.00
Source of funds: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
Outside Resources:
Background Information: This lien was filed on July 30, 1999 and
expired July 30, 2004. The program policy
is to release all eligible liens on an annual
basis at the beginning of each calendar
year unless required sooner due to
property resell or owner's request. This is
the first year to start the lien release
process for this program.
