The attached Letter of Acceptance proposes to provide professional land
surveying related to the Gattis School Road Widening Project. Under the
proposal, Inland Civil Associates will perform field stake out procedures for
the 10 -foot slope and utility easement along the southerly right-of-way line
of Gattis School Road on the Grace Presbyterian Church Tract.

Inland Civil Associates, L.L.C. (Inland) is pleased to submit our proposal for professional land surveying services related to the
above referenced project. Our proposal is to perform field stake out procedures for the 10 foot Slope and Utility Easement
along the southerly right-of-way line of Gattis School Road on the Grace Presbyterian Church Tract. Below is a specific list of
our proposed Scope of Services and estimated costs.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
A.
Perform Field Stake Out of Existing Easement
1. Prepare calculation file of easement bounds along the northerly boundary of said 4.7956 Acre tract (southerly right-
of-way line Gattis School Road). Inland will attempt to recover existing monuments for right-of-way line and place
"lath" along easement line in the field sufficiently to visibly determine the southerly limits of said easement. A digital
file of all deliverables will be forwarded to the Project Manager's office.
The ESTIMATED fee for the above services: $720.00
The estimated fee proposed above are based on personnel time required to perform the described Scope of Services.
Additional time requirements resulting from project scope changes, plan revisions, field recovery of or discrepancies
of control provided will be considered reasonable cause for us to seek additional compensation for services not
included in these amounts.
