These services will be performed in accordance with the Uniform Act and in accordance with TxDOT policy. We will perform these services on an hourly basis. The undersigned and Donna Culverhouse will be assigned to this project. The hourly rates are Jim Henry at $100.00 per hour and Donna Culverhouse at $75.00 per hour. Crossland's fee for these services will not exceed $7,500.00. This cost does not include the eligible relocation assistance benefits that may accrue for the benefit of the landowner.
