PARTIAL RELEASE OF
PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
STATE OF TEXAS
KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF WILLIAMSON
That the CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, a municipal corporation situated in the Counties of
Travis and Williamson, State of Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/I 00 Dollars
($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration paid by TOLL TX, L.P., the receipt and sufficiency
of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby ABANDON, RELEASE and DISCHARGE only the
below -described portion of a ten (10) foot wide public utility easement appearing on that certain final plat
recorded in Cabinet S, Slides 103-104 of the Plat Records of Williamson County, Texas, to -wit:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, showing such easement and
describing four hundred and seventy-eight (478) square feet of land, being a portion of
that certain ten (10) foot wide public utility easement shown on Lot 6, Block B, Forest
Creek, Section 20, a subdivision of record in Cabinet S, Slides 103-104 of the Plat
Records of Williamson County, Texas; and the said four hundred and seventy-eight (478)
square feet of land being more particularly described by metes and bounds as indicated
therein.
This instrument is given specifically to release the described portion of said easement, which
portion of said easement is terminated by abandonment, termination, vacation, and cessation of purpose,
and which portion of said easement will be of no further effect, whether legal or equitable.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City of Round Rock, Texas has caused this instrument entitled
"Partial Release of Public Utility Easement" to be executed on this the 167 day of the month of
Y1005.

FIELD NOTES DESCRIPTION OF 478 SQUARE FEET OF LAND OUT OF LOT 6, BLOCK B,
FOREST CREEK, SECTION 20, A SUBDIVISION OF RECORD IN CABINET S, SLIDES 103 —
104 OF THE PLAT RECORDS OF WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TEXAS, BEING THE EAST HALF
OF THAT CERTAIN TEN (10) FOOT WIDE PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED ALONG
THE WEST SIDE LINE OF THE SAID LOT 6 AS DEDICATED BY THE PLAT OF THE SAID
FOREST CREEK, SECTION 20 PLAT. THE SAID 478 SQUARE FEET OF LAND BEING MORE
PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCING, at a %z inch diameter steel pin set with cap stamped Lenz & Assoc. on the
curving north right-of-way line of Hamlet Circle at the southwest corner of the said lot 6, the same
being the southeast corner of Lot 7, Block B;
THENCE, a chord bearing and distance of S 65°55'11" E, 5.02 feet to a point on the north right-
of-way line of Hamlet Circle for the PLACE OF BEGINNING of the herein described parcel;
THENCE, N 28°37'43" E, a distance of 92.73 feet, crossing the said public utility easement, along
a line five (5) east of and parallel with the west line of the said Lot 6, to a point at the intersection
with a westerly prolongation of a southerly line of the said public utility easement;
THENCE, N 67°38'07" E, a distance of 7.94 feet to a point at an interior corner of the said public
utility easement;
THENCE, S 28°37'43" W, a distance of 98.34 feet along the east line of the said public utility
easement to a point at the intersection with the curving north right-of-way line of Hamlet Circle;
THENCE, with a curve to the right, along the north right-of-way Zine of Hamlet Circle, having a
central angle of 01°51'36", a radius of 155.00 feet, an arc of 5.03 feet and a chord bearing and
distance of N 67°49'47" W, 5.03 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING, containing 478 square feet
of land, more or less.
