Justification: The LCRA is requesting a temporary construction easement
for the construction of the Onion Branch Interceptor and
relief main project.
Funding: None
Cost: None
Source of funds: LCRA
Background Information: LCRA is conducting construction on its regional
line in the vicinity of Police Department, and
needs the referenced Temporary Construction
Easement in relation to that work. Round
Rock's Public Work's Department has worked in
conjunction with LCRA on this project, and is in
agreement on all issues. Captain Bratton of
the Police Department is in agreement on the
parameters of the easement. It is anticipated
that this will be a nine-month project.

CONSIDERATION: Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby
acknowledged.
REAL PROPERTY: A tract of land being more particularly depicted on Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes.
TERM:
The term of this Temporary Construction Easement shall
automatically expire upon completion of the initial construction of
the PROJECT, but in no event shall it extend beyond the twelve
(12) month period that begins with the first day of construction on
the REAL PROPERTY.
PROJECT: ONION BRANCH INTERCEPTOR AND RELIEF MAIN
PROJECT
GRANTOR, for the CONSIDERATION paid to GRANTOR, hereby grants, sells, and
conveys to GRANTEE a Temporary Construction Easement in, upon, and across the REAL
PROPERTY, for use by GRANTEE as a construction and staging area for the construction and
installation of the PROJECT, to have and hold it for the TERM, together with the right and
privilege at any and all times during the TERM to enter the PROPERTY, or any part thereof, for
the purposes of construction and installing the PROJECT. GRANTEE shall have the right to
fence and enclose the PROPERTY. GRANTEE will, at all times after completing any work in
connection with the construction or repair of the PROJECT, restore the surface of the
PROPERTY, as nearly as possible, to the condition in which the PROPERTY was found
immediately before such work was undertaken.
GRANTOR understands and agrees that trees and brush cleared from the PROPERTY will
not be replaced; provided, however, GRANTEE agrees to limit such clearing to that which is
reasonably necessary and which is agreed to in advance by the parties.
