Dear Mayor Maxwell: At your request, I am pleased to provide this proposal for appraisal services relating to the properties captioned above, Terms of the assignment are summarized below, Real Estate to be Appraised: Purpose of the Appraisal: Use of the Report: A 30' easement and two temporary easements. The 30' wide easement is segmented into three sections with sizes of approximately 0.384 acre, 0,158 acre, and 2.092 acres. This easement traverses the central and southwestern portions of the property in a general north/south direction. The two temporary easements are nearly rectangular in shape and approximately 0294 acre and 0.315 acre in size. They are located at the far southwestern corner of the property, along the north and south sides of the southern portion of the 2.092 acre permanent easement, To estimate just compensation for the proposed acquisitions, To assist the client in establishing a basis for acquisition of the referenced easements. $303 N. Fax 512/477-1793 9 11/18/2005 01:58 FAX IJ003/004 Mayor Maxwell November 17, 2005 Page 2 Appraisal & Reporting Standards: Fee: Completion: The appraisals will be developed and the report will be prepared in conformity with and subject to the requirements of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) of the Appraisal Foundation and the Code of Professional Ethics and Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice of the Appraisal Institute. The results of our analysis will be set forth in a summary appraisal report as defined by Standard Rule 2-2(b) of USPAP. $7,500, payable upon delivery of the report. The fee is inclusive of revisions and updates undertaken to date.
