Updated 2/16/06 Message Page 1 of 1 From: J Kay Gayle [JKGayle@sheets-crossfield.com] Sent: Wednesday, February 01, 2006 9:40 AM To: Ric Bowden Cc: Cindy Demers Subject: SunGard (OSSI) agreement Ric: As I said yesterday, I have reviewed the SunGard software addition agreement. Late yesterday afternoon, I got a chance to go over it with Steve, and he's OK as well with the substantive stuff. However, the version we have is a pdf, and a change needs to be made on Page 5 as to signatures. Alain Babin can't be the signatory on this -- Nuse needs to be. Can you have PD make this change and re -send? Otherwise, we are saying that this is a go. I'm assuming that you will get the revised agreement back to the folks at PD and they will then ship it through channels for city manager execution -- correct? Thanks.
